Building Control Application
NRP are able to offer the following services, as affiliate of Total Building Control Limited. TBC are Corporate Approved Inspectors (AI) by the Construction Industry Council to undertake the building control function on all building types. In March 2002, DTLR issued the approval for AI’s to undertake the building control on housing and commercial properties.

NRP Surveying
Our building control service offers the following:
An assessment of the plans will be made and information will be communicated to the applicant with regards to non-compliance with the building regulations and view of statutory consultees. A plan certificate can be issued or a letter of confirmation of compliance with the building regulations

- Completion Certificates

NB: Some items will be viewed at the same time.
Please note that the above inspections are a guide only to the minimum standard listed in Regulation 15 of the Building Regulations 2000. Each project will require a differing degree of inspection and monitoring depending on its complexity.
